Court Thorn Surgery is proud to be recognised as an RCGP Active Practice.
Being an Active Practice means we are committed to helping our patients and staff become more active, reduce sedentary behaviour and access local opportunities that support physical and mental wellbeing.
Regular physical activity can help improve health, prevent illness and support people living with long-term conditions. We believe that small changes can make a big difference and we aim to support our patients in finding activities that work for them. The Active Practice Charter promotes increasing physical activity, reducing sedentary behaviour and building links with local activity providers.
