We would like to inform patients that the surgery will shortly be introducing a new dispensary system, ProScript Connect, along with an updated workflow process known as Golden Tote.
These systems are designed to support the safe and efficient management of prescriptions within the practice.
What this means for patients
Once the new system is fully implemented, we anticipate a number of improvements, including:
- More efficient processing of repeat prescriptions
- Improved accuracy and patient safety
- Better overall dispensary workflow and service delivery

During the transition period
As with any system change, there may be a short period of adjustment while the new processes are embedded. During this time, patients may experience:
- Slight delays in prescription processing
- Changes to usual turnaround times

What you can do
During the transition period, we will endeavour to maintain our usual 3‑working‑day turnaround time. However, there may be some short‑term delays as the new system is introduced, and we would appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
